Below you will find all of the “before you go” required contracts, tour agreements, and travel documents.

While filling these out and sending, scanning/emailing or faxing them into us can be a pain in the kisser,  these forms protect not only College Ski Packages, but you as an individual traveler.

Docs are required to be filled out, signed, dated, & returned to our office a minimum of (21) days prior to your ski trip

BY EVERYONE

#1: Travel/Tour Operator Participant Agreement (the Terms & Conditions)

BY ANYONE THAT PAID OFF THEIR TRIP WITH A MAJOR CREDIT CARD

#2: Credit Card Authorization to Bill Form (to be filled out by the actual cardholder authorizing the charges on your card by our Company)

BY MINORS

#3: Parental Consent to Travel Form for Minors under 18 years of travel at time of trip

(note: DO NOT send this to our office, bring with you on the trip a notarized copy of this signed by both parents
